1. Read
I’m sure many of you are thinking “I don’t have enough time to sit down and read a book.” Trust me, I was there too, but it doesn’t need to be a huge chunk of time. I try to put down my phone and spend at least 5 minutes reading before I go to sleep. If you stay consistent, this will add up.
2. Get outside
Getting outside is so beneficial. This can look like many different things. For some, you can get outside and go on a walk. For others, you can get outside on your porch with a cup of coffee. Either way, getting some fresh air every day is key.

3. Drink water
It is very easy to forget to drink water throughout the day. If you struggle with this, find a way to always have water in front of you. If you work at a desk, keep a bottle or glass of water filled at your desk at all times. If you’re on the move most days, be sure to keep a bottle of water in your bag.
