8. Eat well
Your eating habits can also affect your level of burnout. If you are not eating well, it can lead to odd mood swings and poor sleep. Both of these will adversely affect your ability to recover from frustrations and can lead to burnout. Try to improve your eating habits and you will recover from burnout more effectively!
